Customers know that when they need their equipment calibrated and done quickly ISC is the first one they call. Our Dyna-Marq Services Division received a phone call from a prospect one Friday afternoon stating that they received our phone number from one of our current customers and needed our help. Their current calibration lab was not meeting their expectations with lead times well over five (5) weeks and they had an audit coming up on Monday. They needed quite a few tools calibrated with certificates by Monday morning. They were shocked to hear that our answers was, “No problem, we are happy to help”. All tools where calibrated on schedule. Our customers are our life. We are here to serve.
